The Project consists of the gut-renovation and alterations to four existing lower level unused locker rooms into new storage and usable space and all associated work as shown on the drawings and specified herein at the Upper School.
The bidding documents will be available on SEPTEMBER 1, 2021. Contractors can obtain and purchase the full bid package (Cost $50) directly from FKA Architects at 201-644-0505 or website: www.fkarch.com. Any contractor submitting a bid must be listed on the official bidders list. Any bid received that is not a listed plan holder will be rejected. No documents shall be mailed, via US mail or overnight mail by the Architect’s Firm.
