This project includes the removal, upgrades, and replacements of Mechanical Service items, etc. and all associated work as shown on the Construction Documents, and as follows:
Lincoln Elementary School
The mechanical equipment upgrade project at Lincoln elementary school involves the installation of owner pre-purchased equipment such as classroom Unit Ventilators (including associated perimeter heating, condensing units, and bookcases), a ductless split system for the office area, and a Packaged Roof Top Unit for the Library. The control system package and integration to the existing BMS will be contracted directly by the owner and will require coordination between the successful bidder and the vendor. There are two add alternates also with owner pre-purchased equipment which involve packaged rooftop units for the multipurpose room and replacement of the boiler plant (boilers, pumps, and associated equipment).
Wilson Elementary School

The control system package and integration is also being contracted directly by the owner and will require coordination between the successful bidder and the vendor. There is also an add alternate with owner pre-purchased equipment which involves packaged roof top units for the multipurpose room.
